Crown and Bridge
Crowns:
When a tooth is fractured or cracked, severely damaged by decay, or has large old filling, a crown (also called cap) is often placed. A crown strengthens the tooth, protects the remaining tooth structure and can improve appearance
Bridges:
Teeth can be lost by accident, decay or bone loss. When one or more teeth are missing, the remaining teeth often drift out of position, placing stress on adjacent tissues and teeth. Eating speaking and chewing may be more difficult. You may feel self-conscious about your appearance. Before things start to really go awry, consider what a bridge can do.
A bridge is a replacement tooth that is supported and attached by a crown on either side of the space. The two side teeth (anchor teeth) are prepared to provide support for the bridge.

Root Canal
Once upon a time, if you had a tooth with a diseased nerve, you'd probably lose that tooth. Today, with a special dental procedure called a root canal therapy you may save that tooth. Inside each tooth is the pulp which provides nutrients and nerves to the tooth, it runs like a thread down through the root. When the pulp is diseased or injured, the pulp tissue dies. If you don't remove it, your tooth gets infected and you could lose it. After Dr. Gregory removes the pulp, the root canal is cleaned and sealed off to protect it. Then we will place a crown over the tooth to help make it stronger.

Dentures and Partials

A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues.
Two types of dentures:
Complete
Used when all teeth are missing.
Partial
used when some natural teeth remain.

Dental Implants
Dental implants are artificial tooth replacements that are used to counter tooth loss. Implants are titanium posts or frames that are surgically placed beneath your gums. After placement, the implants fuse to the bone of your jaw and act as artificial tooth roots. Replacement teeth - singularly or grouped on a bridge or denture - are then mounted to the implant. Dental implants can be an effective method to replace teeth

Nightguards
Clenching and grinding teeth can cause jaw joint disorders, headaces, neck pain, jaw pain, ear pain, tense muscles, and excessive wear on the teeth. A night guard is a horseshoe-shaped, retainer-like, plastic appliance with shallow borders that can be worn on either the top or the bottom arch. It is designed to protect the teeth from the pressure of clenching and grinding by providing a protective cushion between the upper and lower teeth.

Athletic mouthguards

Mouth guards are coverings worn over teeth, and often used to protect teeth from injury.
